Russ was born and raised in Flagstaff, Arizona. After graduating from Northern Arizona University, he and his family moved to Chandler, Arizona in 2000. Russ began his career with RSM McGladrey, serving as staff auditor. From there, he moved on to a local CPA firm in Tempe, where he developed into the audit manager for the firm.

In May of 2012, he created the firm Russ Kimberlin, CPA PLLC; which is now Kimberlin Company, PLLC, a firm specializing in attest services. Russ is a member of AICPA and the Arizona Society of CPA’s. Russ is married with four active children. When he is not working, he is busy coaching and shuttling the children to their sporting events.

Jesse Coulter is an Audit Manager at Kimberlin Company, PLLC. He joined the team in 2014 and has helped establish the firm’s presence in Arizona and other markets. He plays an integral role in leading clients through the successful execution of requested engagements. His team helps business owners comply with GAAP, statutory accounting and other relevant standards. Jesse has more than 10 years of accounting experience. He began his career in Seattle after obtaining a B.S. in Accounting from Central Washington University. In 2007, he made the move to sunny Scottsdale, Arizona. He enjoys golf, hiking, wrangling in his Great Dane and wood working.
