Russ was raised in Flagstaff, Arizona. After graduating from Northern Arizona University in 2000, he and his family moved to Chandler, Arizona. Russ began his career with a national CPA firm as an audit staff. He moved on to a local CPA firm in Tempe, Arizona working on tax preparation, audits of closely held businesses and audits of employee benefit plans. In 2012, he went out on his own and started Kimberlin Company.  When he is not working or networking, he is busy spending time with his family.  His wife is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Phoenix Children’s Hospital and he has four busy children.
